Lead delivery services
Marketing and automation tools
Usage-based or volume-based services delivered over time
All services are delivered electronically and may begin fulfillment immediately upon purchase or activation.
3. No Guarantee of Results
You acknowledge and agree that:
We do not guarantee sales, conversions, revenue, or ROI
Performance depends on multiple factors outside our control, including your sales process, follow-up, and market conditions
Our obligation is delivery of the agreed service, not business outcomes.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Maintaining accurate account and billing information
Securing your login credentials
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws in your use of data or leads
We are not responsible for misuse of data after delivery.
5. Payments & Fees
All fees are due as agreed at checkout or per written agreement.
By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method in accordance with our Billing Authorization and Refund Policy.
6. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you:
Violate these terms
Engage in fraud or abuse
Initiate excessive disputes or chargebacks
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already delivered.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanta Holdings LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
