1. Authorization to Store Payment Method

By providing your payment information, you authorize Vanta Holdings LLC to securely store your payment method using a PCI-compliant payment processor.

We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2. Authorization for Charges

You expressly authorize Vanta Holdings LLC to charge your stored payment method for:

Initial purchases

Usage-based services

Leads or data delivered

Post-delivery or recurring charges

Approved add-ons or upgrades

Charges may occur after service delivery in accordance with your selected plan or agreement.

3. Merchant-Initiated Transactions

You acknowledge that charges made under this authorization constitute merchant-initiated transactions for services rendered and delivered.

You agree that such charges are authorized and do not constitute fraud or unauthorized use.

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe a billing error has occurred, you agree to contact [email protected] within 48 hours before initiating a chargeback.

Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Revocation of Authorization

You may revoke authorization only by:

Providing written notice, and

Paying for all services delivered prior to revocation

Revocation does not apply retroactively.

6. Proof of Authorization

This agreement, combined with checkout acceptance, transaction records, and service delivery logs, constitutes proof of authorization.
